Nice to meet you here! My name is Cris and I’m a certified health coach, prenatal and postnatal trainer and mother of a 3 years old girl.

I’ve dedicated my work to creating the most effective programs for whichever stage of your postpartum journey you are in.

My goal is to support women in their postpartum healing journey and I’ve spent years finding the right mix of exercises and practices to prevent and overcome pelvic floor issues and support the nervous system.

I literally want all women to be able to jump on the trampoline with their kids, and be able to run after them (because they’ll definitely need that skill, lol) and also, to be able to laugh and sneeze whenever they want or need to, without worries that something might go wrong.
